This Week's Golden Kids



With so many Golden Awards shining around campus this week, Estelle Kilpatrick decided to put her shades on...

The following students took away Golden Awards from 9/8 to 9/16:


KINDERGARTEN:

Matthew Leonard
From: Senora Webb
For: Making the quiet sign in Spanish class.
Sarah Gilder
From: Ms. Gessner
For: Sharing the instrument she wanted in Music class.
Isabelle Thompson
From: Ms. Broughton
For: Being a great listener.
Ms. Broughton's Class
From: Ms. Broughton
For: Being great workers
Ms. Foster's Class
From: Senora Webb
For: Being the first class in the whole school to memorize all their body parts and verbs!

FIRST GRADE:
Olivia Tart
From: Ms. McVerry
For: Being thoughtful and holding the door open for her class without being asked.
Sam Schneiderman
From: Ms. McVerry
For: Good sportsmanship and playing a new game.
Jake Moubry
From: Ms. McVerry
For: Independent use of his dictionary.

SECOND GRADE:
Ms. Davis's Class
From: Senora Webb
For: Being attentive and taking directions entirely in Spanish.


THIRD GRADE:
Ian Blue
From: Ms. P
For: Explained proportioning to the class.
Cate Goodman
From: Ms. Allen
For: Giving a great answer in guidance class.

FIFTH GRADE:
Campbell Jourdain
From: Ms. Corbett
For: Straightening the bookshelves without being asked.

And last but not least...the Three-Year-Olds!
These super "threes" got their first Golden Awards ever this week.

Audrey Lord, Victoria Breen and Rylee Riddle each received an award from Ms. P for being extra good helpers during clean-up in Art class.
