After a three-month battle with cancer, beloved EDS teacher B. Granger passed away at 6 a.m. on Monday, November 9. Ms. Granger retired from EDS three years ago after 30 years of teaching.
The funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 14. The family will receive visitors after the service at B's Southern Pines home on 665 N. May St. Food may be dropped off at that address on Saturday morning between 10 and 11. Memorial donations in B's honor may be made to Episcopal Day School, or to the Moore County Humane Society.
